BioGuard Banish is intended for chlorine- and bromine-sanitized swimming pools. It is compatible with all pool surfaces and filter types when used according to label directions.
Do not use BioGuard Banish in pools sanitized with biguanides or pools treated with hydrogen peroxide. Before applying, make sure the pool equipment is working properly, clean the filter if needed, adjust pH to 7.2 to 7.6, remove leaves and debris, and maintain proper chlorine or bromine levels.
How to Use BioGuard Banish
For Initial Algae Prevention

Make sure the pool is clean, balanced, and circulating.

With the pump and filter operating, apply 8 fl oz per 10,000 gallons of pool water.

For Weekly or Every-Other-Week Maintenance
