Description
Granular Treatment for Stubborn Yellow and Mustard Algae
Applied Biochemists® Yellowtrine is a granular algaecide made to clear slimy yellow and mustard algae. Used together with a chlorine shock, it attacks the dusty yellow patches that brushing alone keeps leaving behind.
The fast-dissolving granules leave no residue, and the 3 lb bottle comes with a measuring cap for easy dosing.
Made for the Algae That Keeps Coming Back
Mustard algae clings to shady walls and steps and often survives regular chlorine. Yellowtrine is formulated specifically for yellow and mustard algae and works within 24 hours when used as directed.
Works Hand in Hand With Chlorine Shock
Yellowtrine must be used with a chlorine shock. The label pairs each dose with a dry or liquid chlorinating compound, so the two products knock the algae out together.
Dissolves Quickly, Leaves No Residue
The granules dissolve fast, leave no residue and are compatible with bromine, chlorine, salt water, ozone and mineral systems. It may be used in all types of indoor and outdoor pools, and swimming can resume a few hours after treatment.
